Kintra documentation

Kintra coordinates fully funded group purchases of one escrowed Stock Token block against a fixed USDG target.

Mechanism

The seller creates an order by transferring the complete Stock Token block into the contract. The order records the quote token, exact USDG target and deadline. Buyers contribute any positive amount up to the remaining target. Contributions cannot exceed the target.

Once total contributions equal the target, anyone may settle. Settlement transfers the target amount to the seller. Buyers then claim Stock Tokens pro rata. The final valid claim receives any indivisible rounding remainder so no asset stays trapped.

Order states

Open
The block is escrowed and the order can accept contributions until it reaches its exact target or deadline.
Funded
The contribution total equals the target. No further funds are accepted.
Settled
The seller has received USDG and funded buyers may claim their proportional Stock Token amounts.
Failed
The deadline passed below target. Buyers may refund; the seller may reclaim the entire block.
Cancelled
The seller cancelled before any contribution. The complete block returned to the seller.

Available actions

Seller: approve and create an order, settle a fully funded order, cancel an untouched order, or reclaim a failed order’s block.

Buyer: approve and contribute USDG, claim Stock Tokens after settlement, or refund after an underfunded deadline.

Asset verification

The public testnet uses freely mintable test assets with no value. A mainnet deployment must use verified canonical Robinhood Chain Stock Token and USDG addresses. A symbol is not proof of authenticity. Review the address, issuer terms, transfer restrictions and decimals before confirming.

Planned community order board

The separate community token is planned for creating and ranking non-binding order requests. A request describes the Stock Token, approximate block and deadline the community wants to coordinate. The token does not grant any right to order collateral, protocol deposits, fees, yield or revenue.

Material risks

Stock Token and USDG contracts may include issuer controls, transfer restrictions or other behavior outside Kintra. Smart-contract defects, network failures and wallet mistakes can cause loss. Market value can change while an order is open. Mainnet contracts should be independently reviewed before material use.
